SPA POLICIES

At Therapeutic Sensation Massage Spa & Bar our guests always come first. We are committed to ensuring that your spa experience is enjoyable and relaxing. Our policies have been set to be fair and transparent, to guarantee your ultimate satisfaction.

**** $30 Deposits is required at the time of booking for all services. Full payment will be collected at time of arrival of service.

                Methods of payment

  • Cash

  • Visa Card

  • Debit Card

  • Master Card

Late Policy

          If you arrive late your session may be shortened, and you will be responsible for full payment. Arriving 20 minutes late will result in rescheduling and 50% of the scheduled appointment fee which will be processed on the credit card retained on file to reserve appointment.

Cancellation Policy

          A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee which will be processed on the credit card retained on file to reserve appointment. Failure to cancel, schedule at least 24-hour in advance, or failure to show will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled appointment fee which will be processed on the credit card retained on file to reserve appointment.

Refund

          A full refund of the deposit will be returned within 5-7 business days if the schedule services is cancelled within 72 hours or more.

Gift Certificate

                Gift certificates are valid for five years, however in the event prices of services increase the client will be responsible for paying the difference.

Minors

          All persons under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or guardian fill out a minor release form. The parent or guardian is required to be present and in the room in which the services is being provided.
